Returns Policy

Due to hygiene, I cannot accept returns if you change your mind! However, if you have any issues or queries contact me on instagram (@lea.labeille) or using the contact form on this site! ([email protected])

Each package will be shipped 1st Class signed-for with Royal Mail, please see below for information covering our policy with shipping issues.

I reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if:

  1. The package has been delivered or signed for at the appointed address according to Royal Mail (I cannot accept responsibility once the item has been shipped and delivered.)
  2. The package has been refused at the appointed address according to Royal Mail (Royal Mail does not guarantee the 'sending back' after a refusal, so I cannot accept responsibility if I do not receive the item back. If it is sent back to me, we can arrange a re-sending of the item) Note: A fee will be charged for postage (But this fee will exclude packaging as this will already have been paid!)
  3. If the parcel is declared 'lost' by Royal Mail, we will claim compensation and then a refund can be arranged.
  4. If there was an error of address (by the customer) Get in contact with me at the links above immediately. If the item has been shipped already, I cannot accept responsibility. Note: If the package is refused at the original address and is sent back to me we can arrange a resending of the item. Again, A fee will be charged for postage (excluding packaging fees).
